Great place to live. I so love the office staff, they have some sweet souls. Ms Pam and Ms Nicole . There's no waiting with work orders, all done in a timely manner. Community is in a nice area, any issues are accommodated. Clean. Upkept. And always striving to make Canterbury's community better. I love, love this place - for real!

I am so pleased I chose Canterbury Square Apartments as my new home in Lafayette, Louisiana. Ms. Christine Lemoine (Assistant Manager) was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and a delight to work with in my moving process. She makes you feel welcome at home with her attentiveness to any questions or concerns making the move seamless, resulting in a positive experience to the complex. I met the Property Manager, Ms. Pam Mauro, welcoming me here to the complex and complimenting her and her staff on keeping the complex clean and professionally managed resulting it a picturesque experience. If you are looking for a new place that is clean, safe, and quiet, I highly recommend

I have been here for 6 years and I haven’t had any issues with anything being resolved. All the staff here are friendly and resolve things quickly. Since Sherman the maintenance supervisor has been here things have been even better. Christine is the best assistant we have had since I’ve been here. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay this would be a good place for them. It’s very quiet and close to most things.

I had a great experience with Canterbury Square apartments! They are very spacious and well kept. As soon as you need assistance with anything the maintenance men are always there to fix whatever problem you have, almost immediately. If you’re looking for a place to feel like home this is indeed the place to stay! But overall I’d have to say Ms. Christine was honestly the best thing, personally, out of my entire Canterbury experience. She was always SO kind, helpful and always there to be a listening ear if you just need someone to talk Amazing apartment complex and staff!!!

From the moment I applied for Canterbury, Ms. Christine made me feel right at home. She answered all my questions and concerns with genuine care and attention. She was completely transparent about the process and made sure I knew it wasn’t a burden to include her in the application. Once I got approved, of course, Ms. Christine was there to congratulate me, and that only confirmed further that I was meant to be there! All the staff I spoke to briefly were sweet and caring! The application process was smooth and easy, and there were no issues on the day of move-in. I can honestly say my experience was 10/10, and this wasn’t my first time moving into an apartment!

A very peaceful and secure place for family. Management is great, tends to tenants needs immediately. Highly recommend Canterbury Square as a great place with rules to protect the tenants and good Management/maintenance.

This is a wonderful place to live and call home. It's clean, comfortable, and well kept. They keep the common areas up and maintained. Unlike a lot of other complexes near by, these folks put money back into the property with new amenities and upgrades. The entire staff is friendly and they'll make you feel welcomed and at home, especially Pam, the complex manager. I've rented in places and never knew the manager beyond their name frosted on the always closed office door. But Pam will get to know you and you'll come to know her like family.

We have visited and stayed at this complex a couple times, and it is very well kept. The management and groundskeepers do a great job of keeping the buildings, shared community spaces, and landscaping up. I’ve known a few different tenants that have lived there, and they have all had nothing but a positive experience. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.
